Na jarenlang een plek te zijn geweest waar vuurwerkliefhebbers elkaar ontmoetten, ervaringen deelden en volop discussieerden, hebben we besloten het AVP Forum te sluiten.
Het forum vraagt steeds meer technisch onderhoud en brengt kosten met zich mee. Met het huidige aantal actieve leden is het helaas niet langer haalbaar om het forum op dezelfde manier voort te zetten. Daarom hebben we besloten onze focus te leggen op de plek waar onze community al jarenlang actief samenkomt: de AVP Discord.
🔥 Maar één ding verandert niet: bij AVP blijft alles bespreekbaar!
Of het nu gaat om Nederlands of buitenlands vuurwerk, nieuwe producten, oude klassiekers, spectaculaire effecten, ervaringen, meningen of discussies over de vuurwerkwereld: bij AVP moet ruimte blijven om vrijuit over onze gezamenlijke passie te praten.
We vinden dat vuurwerkliefhebbers ervaringen moeten kunnen delen, vragen moeten kunnen stellen en verschillende meningen moeten kunnen bespreken. Ook onderwerpen waarover niet iedereen hetzelfde denkt, horen bij een open community. Een onderwerp bespreken is immers niet hetzelfde als iets aanmoedigen of ergens toe oproepen.
💬 AVP gaat gewoon door op Discord!
We zijn inmiddels al ruim vier jaar actief op Discord en daar bouwen we samen verder aan onze community. Het sluiten van het forum betekent dus niet het einde van AVP. Integendeel: we blijven elkaar daar ontmoeten, ervaringen uitwisselen, discussiëren en natuurlijk praten over alles wat met vuurwerk te maken heeft.

After many years of bringing fireworks enthusiasts together, sharing experiences and having lively discussions, we have decided to close the AVP Forum.
The forum requires increasing amounts of technical maintenance and comes with ongoing costs. With the current level of activity, it is unfortunately no longer feasible to continue running the forum in its current form. That's why we have decided to focus on the place where our community has already been active for years: the AVP Discord.
🔥 But one thing will never change: at AVP, everything remains open for discussion!
Whether it's fireworks from the Netherlands or abroad, new products, old classics, spectacular effects, personal experiences, opinions or discussions about the fireworks world, there should always be room at AVP to talk freely about our shared passion.
We believe fireworks enthusiasts should be able to share their experiences, ask questions and discuss different points of view. Even topics that people disagree on deserve a place in an open community. Discussing a subject is not the same as encouraging something or calling for people to do it.

We have been active on Discord for over four years, and our community will continue to grow and thrive there. Closing the forum does not mean the end of AVP. We will continue to meet, exchange experiences, discuss different topics and, of course, talk about everything related to fireworks.
